How
The Hive is
Making a
Difference in
Crestline, CA
Supporting Local Entrepreneurs
By providing coworking space, business consulting, and networking opportunities, we’re helping local businesses thrive in our rural mountain community.
Partnering with Local Beekeepers
A portion of our proceeds will go directly to supporting local beekeepers, ensuring that our mountain town stays vibrant, agriculturally sustainable, and environmentally responsible.
Fostering Community
It’s about creating a space where people can connect, share resources, and collaborate for the betterment of the community.
At The Hive, we believe that rural communities deserve the same access to resources and opportunities as their urban counterparts. We’re here to support Crestline’s creative and entrepreneurial spirits by providing affordable coworking space, business consulting, and a platform for local businesses to collaborate and thrive. Stacey's goal is to harness the power of technology and community to create a thriving local economy, one that helps rural businesses tap into new opportunities while staying connected to their roots.
Whether you’re starting a business, growing your side hustle, or just need a place to work away from home, The Hive is here to help you succeed. Because when rural businesses thrive, the whole community grows stronger.
Why Saving
the Bees
Matters (and
How We’re
Helping)
1 in 3 Bites of Food
1 in every 3 bites of food we eat depends on pollinators like bees. When you cowork at The Hive, you're also helping us support beekeeping efforts, ensuring food sustainability in our region.
Bees Are Declining
Bee populations have declined by 40% in recent years due to habitat loss, pesticides, and climate change. Through our donations to local beekeepers, we aim to help reverse this trend.
Boost Biodiversity
Healthy bee populations help sustain biodiversity, which is vital to the survival of many plants and animals in our mountain ecosystem. By helping bees, we're also preserving the unique natural environment of California.
Living in a rural area shouldn’t mean limited opportunities. At The Hive, we’re working to bridge that gap by providing access to the resources, connections, and workspace our community needs to thrive.
No more driving off the mountain to get work done. We offer a local, affordable space where you can focus, collaborate, and get access to fast Wi-Fi without ever leaving Crestline.
These events help the community discover local businesses while giving entrepreneurs a platform to grow.
We bring together people from all walks of life—creators, innovators, small businesses, and nonprofits—so that together, we can make our rural community stronger and more resilient.
Why did I move to Crestline? Well, aside from the fact that it's gorgeous up here (seriously, have you seen these mountains?), I was ready for a change. After years of hustle, digital grinding, and a fantastic (read: exhausting) career, I traded it all for some fresh air, quiet hikes, and the glorious sound of silence—interrupted only by the occasional bird call. Oh, and the bees, of course. Let’s not forget the bees.
I didn’t just move to Crestline because it’s pretty (although that’s a solid bonus). I came here because I saw something special in this community. It’s full of entrepreneurs, creators, and dreamers who are hustling to make it all work—without all the resources or fancy infrastructure the city offers. And I thought, “Hey, I’ve got some skills that might help!” So here I am, ready to bring my expertise in business consulting, digital marketing, and tech magic to this amazing mountain town.
The Hive is my love letter to this place and its people. It’s a space where we can come together to work, create, and collaborate, all while enjoying the mountain lifestyle we love. Yes, I’m one of those people who gets a little too excited about hiking, and don’t even get me started on how much I love the smell of pine trees in the morning. But let’s be real—it’s not all nature walks and mountain views. Running a business from up here has its challenges, and that’s where The Hive comes in.
We’re here to help rural businesses thrive—because just like bees, we’re stronger when we work together. Plus, I’m a sucker for a good metaphor, and bees building a hive just felt right. (I know, I know—cue the eye roll.)
So if you’re ready to take your business to the next level, get some help with that marketing plan, or just want to drop by and grab a free cup of coffee on Wednesdays (yes, that’s a thing), The Hive is here for you. Because let’s face it, no one should have to drive down the mountain for good Wi-Fi and even better business advice.
Buzz on in. Let’s make some magic happen!
